This show is leading you nowhere people.. NOTHING will EVER be resolved! All the new mysteries they write into the plot will continue to make no sense.. Even the writers don't know where this show is going. They're just keeping you watching with more and more plot twists.. Mark my words, when the ratings drop the producers will leave you with the most unsatisfying ending ever.
the show ends next year, so there is only one more season to go

But so much unresolved...
How did the Polar Bears get there?
Who drew that map on the door in the hatch, and why is it hidden under ultra-violet light?
What happened to Cindy (flight stewardess) and those who there to watch?
The kidnapped children?
How did Eko's plane from Nigeria crash in the Pacific?
And who was Henry Gale?
I have a feeling that Boone, Shannon, Eko, Claire, Charlie and Anna Lucia are going to re-appear in the final season somewhere along with Tom and a few of 'the others'.

How did the Polar Bears get there?
Polar bears were brought to the Island by the DHARMA Initiative, who held them in cages at the Hydra station. (The World of the Others) Text on the blast door map suggests that DHARMA Initiative researchers were attempting to genetically modify the polar bears to allow them to survive warmer climates. At least some of the polar bears survived the Purge in 1992 and came to freely inhabit the Island. After the crash of Oceanic Flight 815 in 2004, survivors of the crash occasionally encountered and were threatened by the bears, and Charlotte Lewis discovered the skeleton of a DHARMA Initiative polar bear in Tunisia that same year.

The show will end next year regardless of ratings. It has been well known since the season 3 finale.

claire has to reappear. no question about it. if she's just chilling with christian they wouldn't just kill her off

The Nigerian plane has been explained quite clearly for me as well. There is a relation between the Island and a point in the Tunisian desert. If the plane was flying over this zone at the moment the island was moved and flashed back in time to that precise point, then that is what caused the plane to crash. That was EXACTLY what we saw happen on the first episode of the season.
If you're expecting answers to be written into the show in the form of one character telling it to another character then you are watching the wrong show.

yes. I see Lost as a bundle of puzzle pieces to connect together. It may look like it doesn't fit, but eventually it'll fit.
