Dear Editor: I am out of a job because The Capital Times and other mainstream media outlets refuse to report the news.
As a scholar, my job is to seek and report the truth, no matter where it leads. That is also the job of the media.
Along with hundreds of other scholars, engineers, architects, and former high-level military, intelligence and executive branch officials (patriotsquestion911.com), I have pointed out that the official story of 9/11 is a ridiculous fairy tale, contradicted at every turn by overwhelming evidence. But rather than reporting on all of these people, and investigating the evidence they cite, the media singled me out for vicious attacks, up to and including a death threat from Bill O'Reilly.
Recently, the former president of Italy, Francesco Cossiga, stated publicly that the global intelligence community and the democratic forces in Europe know that the CIA and Mossad perpetrated the 9/11 attacks. Why wasn't that front page headlines?
Last week, the probable next prime minister of Japan, Yukihisa Fujita, grilled current prime minister Fukuda for half an hour about the controlled demolition of the World Trade Center and the staged events at the Pentagon and asked whether the Japanese police could arrest George W. Bush for his complicity in 9/11. Why wasn't that front page news? Japan, after all, is the world's second-largest economy, and if they are pulling the plug not just on financing the Iraq and Afghan wars, but the whole U.S. economy, because they know this country is led by 9/11 war criminals, maybe the American people should hear about it.
Also last week FBI whistle-blower Sibel Edmonds, who has implicated leading neocon ex-members of the Bush administration in the financing and coverup of 9/11, made front page headlines in the UK. Why won't the U.S. media cover Edmonds, the most gagged whistle-blower in U.S. history?
Why have the media refused to report on the 120+ senior military, intelligence service, law enforcement and government officials, 290+ engineers and architects, 60+ pilots and aviation professionals, 190+ professors, and 200+ 9/11 survivors and family members who have publicly blasted the official 9/11 fairy tale -- many of them openly calling 9/11 an inside job?
As for me, my reputation has been ruined, at least in the eyes of the fewer and fewer people naive enough to believe the mainstream media. I can no longer practice my chosen profession, in training for which I invested more than 10 years of my life and tens of thousands of dollars, because the media singled me out for distorted coverage -- while ignoring the hundreds of others vastly more qualified than I am who say the same things and refusing to investigate the evidence they cite.

this is simply not true. read the ORIGINAL quote (not the edited one from the truthers) and its obvious all cossiga was doing was mocking the far left in italy.
its amazing what passes for "information" in the desperate world of a truther. |

In what translates awkwardly into English, Cossiga told the newspaper Corriere della Sera:
“All the [intelligence services] of America and Europe…know well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized from the Mossad, with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic countries and in order to induce the western powers to take part … in Iraq [and] Afghanistan.”
Cossiga was elected president of the Italian Senate in July 1983 before winning a landslide election to become president of the country in 1985, and he remained until 1992.
Cossiga’s tendency to be outspoken upset the Italian political establishment, and he was forced to resign after revealing the existence of, and his part in setting up, Operation Gladio. This was a rogue intelligence network under NATO auspices that carried out bombings across Europe in the 1960s, 1970s and ’80s. Gladio’s specialty was to carry out what they termed “false flag” operations—terror attacks that were blamed on their domestic and geopolitical opposition.
In March 2001, Gladio agent Vincenzo Vinciguerra stated, in sworn testimony, “You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple: to force … the public to turn to the state to ask for greater security.”
Cossiga first expressed his doubts about 9-11 in 2001, and is quoted by 9-11 researcherWebster Tarpley saying “The mastermind of the attack must have been a sophisticated mind, provided with ample means not only to recruit fanatic kamikazes, but also highly specialized personnel. I add one thing: it could not be accomplished without infiltrations in the radar and
flight security personnel.”
Coming from a widely respected former head of state, Cossiga’s assertion that the 9-11 attacks were an inside job and that this is common knowledge among global intelligence agencies is illuminating. It is one more eye-opening confirmation that has not been mentioned by America’s propaganda machine in print or on TV. Nevertheless, because of his experience and status in the world, Cossiga cannot be discounted as a crackpot.

the most telling difference between the articles is that the prisonplanet version replaces (something like) "the left in italy" with "intelligence services in europe" which is just more dishonesty.
what is also removed from the troofer version is him talking about a soon to be released exclusive video that pieces 9/11 together and shows the US was behind it. no video of course has surfaced, cossiga is merely mocking the progressives in the country. cossiga is a centre-right in case nobody knew.

that's an interesting comment coming from someone that posts an incorrect and incomplete translation from prisonplanet or similar, and takes it at face value without checking up on it first. tsk tsk.
everybody in italy knew what cossiga was saying, its only the 911 americans that are struggling. all that stuff that is added about "an honest politician" is just nonsense, as evidenced by his role in the blakops of NATO that he helped set up.
ive been waiting for a retraction from cossiga to end all doubt for your side, but im still waiting. dont worry, when and if it comes you'll be the first to know! |
