So you are before the judge, trying to prosecute suspect A (since you don't know who to charge), and your evidence is eye witness Barry Jennings. Pretty convincing, very compelling story. It sure as hell isn't enough to convict anyone of anything. So people, we're again, back where we started. At nothing.

Wouldn't it be nice if any of the truther's were lawyers. Gee, they might actually be able to formulate a case. Oh well, 7 years on, truthers have nothing but dwindling support...

Barry Jennings Uncut

I've been sitting on this interview for a while, but after viewing the latest BBC piece on WTC7, I feel the time has come to release it in its entirety.

After locating Barry in mid 2007, Jason and I visited him and he graciously granted us an interview during a lunch break. He had agreed to grant us an interview under the conditions that we, at no time, associate his interview with his place of employment.

Jason and I were so thrilled with the content interview that we decided to release a few bits and pieces of it on both our show and Alex's.

A few months later, as the film was nearing completion, I called Barry again to touch base and see how things were going. It took him a bit to remember who I was, but as soon as he did, he began complaining about phone calls to his place of employment and that he was in danger of losing his job. He requested to have his interview pulled from Loose Change, and I honored his request.

Fast forward to February, 2008, where I'm doing an interview with the BBC, and I'm informed by their crew that Barry told them the reason he asked for it to be pulled was because of the article on Prisonplanet claiming he was stepping over dead bodies, which he denies saying. I call Barry to attempt to rectify the situation, and he is adamant that he did not use the phrase "we were stepping over people"

Fast forward one more time to two days ago, when the BBC piece finally aired. I now feel an obligation to release his interview, in its entirety, into the public where it belongs for three reasons:

1) To see the difference between the interview he gave us, and the interview he gave the BBC.

2) To establish Barry's timeline in his own words.

3) To preserve his testimony, in his own words, for the historical record.

I have remained true to my word and kept his interview out of the film, however, I can no longer keep it from the public. They deserve to hear Barry's story, out of his own mouth.

As I say in the end of the video, I would appreciate it if Barry could enjoy his privacy and live his life in peace. My intention with releasing this is so his story can be told, not to cause him any further grief or suffering.

Thanks! His account of that day is difficult to dispute and that's probably why his recent death has been viewed by many as being highly suspicious.

Key Witness to WTC 7 Explosions Barry Jennings Dead at 53

Aaron Dykes

Wednesday, Sept 17, 2008

UPDATED SEPT 17 4:05 PM CST: NYC Housing Authority spokesman Howard Marder has now officially confirmed that Barry Jennings indeed passed away approximately a month ago after several days in the hospital, matching confirmations from several other employees at the Housing Authority. Marder commented that Jennings was a great man, well liked by everyone at the Housing Authority, and that he would be missed. No other details were available.

Emergency coordinator and 9/11 witness Barry Jennings has passed away with controversy about WTC7 still hot– as the BBC hit piece and NIST report have been released to counter Jennings’ exclusive testimony of explosions inside Building 7.

Barry Jennings, has passed away at age 53 from circumstances not yet disclosed. A spokesperson for the Housing Authority has now confirmed his death, after weeks of rumors circulating online, but refused to give any further details.

This office has not yet been able to contact anyone in the Jennings family and the official cause of death is not yet known, but online comments have reported the date of death as August 19, 2008.

It is very unusual that a prominent — and controversial– 9/11 witness would die only days before the release of NIST’s report on WTC7 and shortly after a firestorm erupted over his testimony that he heard explosions inside the building prior to collapse of either tower and that there were dead bodies in the building’s blown-out lobby.

The BBC aired The Third Tower in July in attempt to debunk Barry Jennings’ account– which is both contradictory and damaging to the official 9/11 story– by making issue over whether or not he said he “saw” dead bodies in the lobby.

Yet Jennings own statement in an exclusive interview with Dylan Avery and Jason Bermas– which has not been denied– was: “The fire fighter who took us down kept saying, ‘Don’t look down.’ And I said, ‘Why.’ And we were stepping over people– you know, you can feel when you’re stepping over people.”

Now the release of Jason Bermas’ Fabled Enemies is giving further exposure to Jennings’ controversial account. The film features a full interview with Barry Jennings, as well as the statements he and Michael Hess, who was also trapped with him inside WTC7, made to news media on the day of the attacks.

Barry Jennings reiterated in the exclusive interview his confusion over the explanation for WTC7’s collapse– given that he clearly heard explosions inside the building:
“I’m just confused about one thing, and one thing only– why World Trade Center 7 went down in the first place. I’m very confused about that. I know what I heard– I heard explosions. The explanation I got was it was the fuel-oil tank. I’m an old boiler guy– if it was a fuel-oil tank, it would have been one side of the building."
That interview was not released until June 2008 at the request of Mr. Jennings, who had received numerous threats to his job and asked that it be left out of Loose Change: Final Cut because of those threats.

Jennings statements have lit fire to questions about what really caused the sudden collapse of WTC7 just as NIST had hoped the release of their report would quash widespread beliefs that the building was brought down by controlled demolition.

News of Jennings’ death comes on the heels of losing another 9/11 hero and eyewitness– Kenny Johannemann, who reportedly committed suicide 12 days before the seventh anniversary of 9/11. Johannemann is credited with saving at least one man’s life on 9/11 and was also a witness to explosions in the towers.

NIST’s report, as well as that of the 9/11 Commission (which did not even mention WTC7), completely ignored statements from the building leaseholder Larry Silverstein as well as numerous police, fire fighters and other eyewitnesses who have testified that they were warned about the building’s collapse and told to get back. One rescue worker even heard a countdown for the building’s implosion.

Unfortunately, Barry Jennings, whose testimony was ignored by the 9/11 Commission, can no longer raise questions personally about his experience inside WTC7, but his account will remain on the record and what he witnessed about 9/11 cannot be ignored.

The truth about WTC7 will come out, and Barry Jennings’ testimony will not be in vain.

Please contact [email protected] if you have any information about the circumstances of Barry’s death or any other reports. We extend our condolences to any family or friends reading this for their loss.

"When we reached the 6th floor the landing that we were standing on gave way, there was an explosion and the landing gave way, I was left there hanging, I had to climb back up and walk back up to the 8th floor," said Jennings.

"The explosion was beneath me ... so when the explosion happened it blew us back ... both buildings (WTC 1 & 2) were still standing," he added.

"I was trapped in there for several hours, I was trapped in there when both buildings came down - all this time I’m hearing all kinds of explosions," said Jennings, adding that when firefighters took them down to the lobby it was in "total ruins."

I guess you must be having a hard time trying to accept that the eyewitness accounts blow everything the official story has to say out of the water with that stupid excuse of a remark.

But nice try.

Eye witness testimony is one of the most unreliable aspects of any criminal trial. In fact, without circumstantial evidence, an eye witness is useless. CLICK

Additionally, you have taken upon yourself the role of a prosecutor. In the court of law, the burden of proof is placed on the prosecution. The prosecution presents a suit of charges with which to accuse another party. You have no one to accuse. You have no circumstantial evidence. Your conspiracy theory is moot. Case dismissed...;)

Sure looks like a structural failure at the fire/impact zone to me. But I guess to some, bombs caused this...:o

{b.s.e.}

Fire falls now? :conf: New physics being discovered daily! Scientists must be ting in their socks.

Let alone take into consideration that that portion of the building should have been the only piece to fall in that situation. How does the Pancake Theory explain that collapse at all?

Structural failure? LMFAO

That looks like one hell of a demo job to me, actually more like ing explosions with the way 30 ton steel beams are being ejected outward from the building.

Add to the fact the towers fell at practically free fall speed and it's pretty much unconceivable how you can look at it any other way.
