In law, treason is the crime that covers some of the more serious acts of disloyalty to one's sovereign or nation.
Tell us then how you believe that Cheney specifically is not a war criminal after knowing that he lied to go to war while profiteering and using his own people (thousands dead) to do the job.
Over nothing.
