Yeah some ministers in the government fear that releasing Gaza will make terror acts easier.
I dont agree with that however, I believe if we let go, each side will have its peace, But it will be easier for the terror acts to be executed in the bottom line.
put that aside, Sharon and Mofaz and the Chief Commander of the IDF agrees that this is the best move to perform and I think so too.
Not becuase im fond of the Palestinians, but becuase I like my land and I want to see it free just as much as you want to see Palestine free.
The state of Palestine will be free at some point, everyone knows this, the only argument is the lands, I agree that Gaza strip needs to be released and so are all the A and B territories, let this thing end already.
But I do not agree to fight for it by terror, if Arafat wants to see the palestinians free, he needs to sit his crummy little ass down and negotiate, REASONABLEY. |

Because first as BadNeil said Israel targets intentional targets but everyone is human and human make mistakes sometimes, and innocent people are dead sometimes.

You didnt see the hunderds of supply trucks carrying food, blankets and medicine that IDF brought into Rafah.

Give them a real army you say?
What is Hizb Alla?, what is Tanzim?, what is Hamas?, what is Jihad?
what is Fatach?, what is El-Akza Groups?.
Are these not militant organizations? who carry M-16? (which they got from Israel btw).
Yes, they have an army, a powerful one, one that traines his soldiers to perform the fiercest acts.
Yet they continue to persue the way of blowing themselves up.

Right, a man of peace, a man who takes millions of dollars that the UN transferred to the Palestinians and keeps it to himself.
A man who makes his people suffer, there is no democracy there, the palestinians suffer becuase of him and if someone will resist Arafat, he will be shot, just like in Iraq in Sadam's dictatorship.
Bottom line is: the Palestinians hate Arafat and hes the one that makes them suffer, as you saw in the map that was posted, the Palestinians would have got the majority of Israel but they refused, they wanted the whole 9 yards, and they started a war and they lost and they deserve it, and all you people who cry for human rights, should look up and know that Palestine could have existed if only the arabs of 48 were willing to settle for a divided land.
I am very proud of my army, that keeps us safe, that keeps us in our home land, the land which is OURS and no one else's, and will remain this way.
Palestinians maybe in fight for their freedom, jews and Israeli's worldwide are in fight of their lives. |

Where in Scorchio's post is he portraying palestians as "animals"? but since we're on the topic... what do you call those that pick up human flesh and run around the street with it, cheering, chanting, and using this flesh and/or body parts as a bargaining chip? I think animals would be a great understatement. |

Actually, I don't think it is. I don't think you can even equate the two behaviors. One is the primal, brutalistic urge to dance around the fire, howling at the moon, and acting out in mindless violence, while the other is a strategy developed using cutting edge technologies in a calculated, exact manner. Some instincts may be similar, however the behaviors are quite different. That's just my opinion, though. |

But on the contrary, how many times have we seen Linch acts and abussion by the palestinians, as happened recently in Rafah and in Ramallah 2 years ago?
IDF respects human right more than you know, my cousin's friend who provented a palestinian from eating and drinking for 6 hours because his best friend was shot in that morning, was trialed for violation of orders and was punished by 6 months of jail, and thats allot in the IDF. |

The IDF is a military. The Palestinians are poverty-striken refugees fighting for survival and who know nothing but occupation in their lives. Why is anyone surprised that they would celebrate their victory by showing off the flesh of an Israeli terrorist soldier. I'm not surprised. We shouldn't be equating two peoples power. Israel is the powerful, Palestinians are the powerless and occupied. Every kill is a thrill of joy and a dose of hope for survival. I agree with Cyrus that dropping a bomb on a crowd of people is also pretty savage and disgusting. Cyrus doesn't support suicide attacks by the way. He is vehemently against any attack on innocent civilians, including settlers.
The IDF has and does commit abuses of human rights against the Palestinian people. Such is the nature of occupation and military rule. If you want credible sources on the Internet, check Amnesty International, or check your very own B'tselem.
The Occupation in itself is abuse and violation of our rights. Building settlements and colonizing our land is abuse and reflects Israeli policy of land theft and terrorizing a population. Collective punishment is abuse and goes against the Geneva Conventions. I could go on and on but I promise you, there will never be peace with occupation. And we will resist you for as long as it takes. |

Bull, but I'm wasting my time, you and cyrus cant be convinced that when IDF performs an attack, it is in order to kill a specific target, but like I said before, everyone is human, and humans make mistakes, but its not like Sharon and Mofaz are deciding:
"OK, 90 more innocent Palestinians will die tommorow, just for the kick of it..."
However terror organizations such as Hamas and Jihad are intentionally ruining young boys and brainwashing them to commit suicide for struggle, and intentionally forcing them to kill innocent people who are unarmed and unaware.
Strangely enough, you say "we will resist you" but I bet youre pretty comfortable sitting in your chair infront of your PC in far Canada arent you?
If your people mean so much to you, why wont you come here to Gaza and fight this so called "occupation" as you so eagerly describe?
