The BBC is certainly not one-sided. But that's your Zionist opinion. For the moment, let's assume that the Palestinian refugees were not terrorized out of their homes, but left based on their free will and the call of the Arab leaders. The question is:
Is that a good reason to confiscate their homes, farms, and business?
Is that a good reason to block their return to their homes?
Is that a good reason to nullify their citizenship in the country they were born?
The just and fair answer to all of these questions is a big fat no. Nobody has the right to usurp the political and civil rights of another citizen PERIOD, regardless of the circumstances.
Plus UN Resolution 194 calls on the return of the refugees to their homes. Therefore, the arguement is now clear and legitimate. Most Zionists now say "but Israel won't be a Jewish state anymore because there will be a flood of Palestinian refugees". So I'm right when I say you're just afraid. So let's have a one state solution. Anything else would be short of justice. And by accepting a two-state solution, the Palestinians are sacrificing so much not to mention accepting a mere 22% of original Palestine. And that will even be less if the Apartheid Wall is allowed to remain.
The Islamic resistance arose out the conditions in which Palestinians have lived since 1967 under Israeli rule. The terrible conditions, restrictions, and subjugation under Occupation make people very angry. So it is only logical that the way to end the resistance is to end the occupation.
I was born in Gaza, lived there and visited many times. Been to Jerusalem, Ramallah, and Bethlehem. I know what I'm talking about. If the Palestinians wanted to eat you alive, maybe you should think about the fact that the only Jewish people many of them know are the soldiers that control their lives. Think about how Israel has treated them since the 2nd Intifada. Think about how they feel to be living under Israeli occupation. Perhaps you don't know how painful it is to live under occupation. Ask a couple of Palestinians living there. Or just ask me. If you wanted to know how badly the Europeans colonized the Native Americans, you would get a better picture by asking the Natives themselves. Asking the Algerians themselves about French colonization, asking the Blacks in South Africa, not the whites etc etc. |

A Jewish empire extended over this entire area before the Arabs and more than 2000 years before the birth of Islam. The Jewish People have one of the most legitimate Birth Certificates of any nations in the world to the land known as Israel, the West Bank and Gaza.
Furthermore, every time there is an archaeological dig in this area, it does nothing but support the fact that the Jewish people have had a presence there for well over 3,000 years. The coins, the pottery, the cities, the ancient texts... all support this claim.
Yes, other peoples have passed through, but there is no mistaking the fact that Jews have always had a continual presence in that land for over 3,000 years. This predates and certainly dwarfs any claims of others in the region, including the Arabs. The ancient Philistines are extinct. Many others who conquered this land are also extinct. And if any were here none could claim the unbroken line the Jews have to the land.
And if you want to talk religious claims, fine. G-d gave the Land of Israel to the Jewish people!!!!
Arafat himself made a very definitive and unequivocal statement along these lines as late as 1993. It demonstrates conclusively that the Palestinian nationhood argument is the real strategic deception – one geared to set up the destruction of Israel.
In fact, on the same day Arafat signed the Declaration of Principles on the White House lawn in 1993, he explained his actions on Jordan TV. He said:
"Since we cannot defeat Israel in war, we do this in stages. We take any and every territory that we can of Palestine, and establish a sovereignty there, and we use it as a springboard to take more. When the time comes, we can get the Arab nations to join us for the final blow against Israel."
And, please do not forget....Arafat the Muslim, who by the way wasn’t even an Arab, has no greater claim Jerusalem than the Eskimos.
For sake of argument, let us all accept the premise that the Qu'ran is a perfect document, then why doesnit it mention Jerusalem even once? Why is it when Muslims pray, the turn towards Mecca and we Jew's turn towards Jerusalem???
The land of Israel is theirs...period....the land mass represents less than 1/2 of 1% of all the land in the middle east....leave them alone, they mean no harm to anyone and they want no harm to their families....but do not be mistaken by them wanting peace, as a sign of weakness.

Everyone knows the Palestinians hardships and struggles... Everyone knows there is suffering on both sides...instead of preaching your hate and bigotry why not start some dialogue that will help bring people from both sides of the conflict closer together, because we both know there will never be true peace until this takes place.
