| I've already read up on the history of the conflict. The reason I said "Israeli version" of history is because people tend to leave out facts that don't support their argument and even fabricate and deny facts(I'm not trying pointing fingers at anyone here, every group with any kind of political agenda does this). I'm just trying to understand why you and some other ppl(mostly Israeli) think this is all one sides fault. |

Palestinians are Arabs, and the country's name goes back to the bible with the Philistines. |

Ya I read that a while back & also read they got they were named by the Roman Empire after they a small battle that the Romans easily won. |

| It's very unfortunate that this happened and it's even more unfortunate that things like this will continue to happen as long as the occupation goes on. And what's even more unfortunate is how the palestinians have suffered under a brutal and humiliating occupation for years. |
