That's one of my biggest fears whenever I have something important to do in the morning. I'm anything but an early-riser, and I've done this two or three times as an undergraduate.
Now I check my phone multiple times to see if I set the alarm correctly before I go to bed. |

Yeah not the first time I've done it - except in the past I somehow managed to wake up in time to notice. One time I did it when I had an exam and holy I was ting my pants.
I think if I wasn't sick I prolly would have woken up and caught it. but I guess I needed the sleep. :p |

It seems traditional at every sporting event that some bogan makes a hat out of a beer carton.
My hat turned up at least...

isn't this why the AUD is the most bought & sold currency? always yoyoing :p |
US and Euro are still traded more on volume, but the AU is in the top 5 or 6 most of the time. Mostly because the whole finance industry here has its practice heavily enforced for a long time so people have confidence in it. Unlike the European and US sectors that where run by cowboys and overseen by 3rd rate rubbish governments you wouldn't want running a fruit stand, let alone a country.

Pity they're entirely the wrong height and shape, accessories and jewellery are about it :( |

I noticed that the AUD and USD hit parity again last night.
Edit: Make that right now as well.

Well the numbers are, that parity is where the $AU is supposed to be in our terms of trade with the US and other countries. But, there will be a fair bit of bloodletting amongst industries I mentioned earlier who didnt adapt to the changes over the last 12 months and that can be very hard to do as we've been trading under for the last 15 or so years.
It'll dip again at some point soon, but its only delaying the inevitable. |

Or alternatively, you could set your alarm to ring at the same time every time until the end of infinity. I have my phone set up that it wakes me up at 5.30 AM every workday, 6.30 AM on weekends until the last day in the calendar in the phone (which is i think 31.12.2099). I also have the alarn tone set to my ringtone as i found that i will sleep trough the alarm but i will always wake up if i think someone might be calling me. Not a chance to oversleeer ever again! |

OMG, just had the most bizarre dream ever. I dreamt that I was the last person in the world who didnt believe in God and Satan.
And everybody were bowing down to the Dark Lord, like pussies. SO everybody were trying to trick me and , so they could eat me.
And Satan showed some fancy tricks with some lights and , and i was all like "there is no such thing as dark magic, only cheap tricks. you FAAAAGS!"
but then it turned out i was Damien, and I had to fight Belzebub for the domain of hell. it was in a ring, kinda reminded me of the bloodring in GTASA. and satan had big ing wheels and i was gonna go take him on but then i woke up. :wtf:
Im never falling asleep to Dirty Jobs w/Mike Rowe ever again:whip: |
