Yea, it sucks if they die, but I mean... They are usually living in a situation where an early end is inevitable. I don't see how its a humanitarian effort if the children are going to grow up and continue to live in such squaller, reproduce, and start another generation of people that need 100% of their basic needs taken care of by someone else.
If these groups are being persecuted then why are we not doing something about the groups keeping them in this situation?
If the groups native homeland is no longer livable for whatever reason, why aren't we moving them someplace else?
It just seems entirely silly to support things that will NEVER get better and do not have chance of getting better.
Also, a lot of this charity comes at the hands of people wanting to proselytize the ones they help, which is pretty too.

Have you been to that deer park in Kyoto? When I was there I figured that one deer in Hiroshima migrated there after the blast exposed it and produced thousands of deer which nobody dared kill or they would use their mutant powers against the japanese people...and that is why there are thousands of deer there now. Backstory as i heard it. A bunch of hippies in brazil got on their bikes during rush hour to promote a greener mode of transport, all the while acting like ing hippies, being smug about it, not letting cars trough, if youve ever been annoyed by a bunch of cyclist blocking the road while youre trying to get somewhere you know the type. Well they, annoyed the wrong driver. So here it is, VW Golf vs cyclists...it starts at the 50 second mark.
If youre a cyclist you probably shoudnt watch this, also if youre easily offended by hippies being hit by cars.
