I dunno though, maybe I was a cheap little when I was a teenager, but there's no way in hell I would have paid $15-$20 for a 4-pack of Smirnoff Ice or something :wtf: Back then it was only $20 for a cheap bottle of vodka. Or, better yet, $7.99 for 4 litres of goon! (Handy hint: If the goon-bag is empty or close enough, you can open the tap and blow air into it, thus creating a handy pillow to use when you inevitably pass out in a pool of your own vomit! :gsmile: ) |

Last time I remember seeing those UDL cans years ago they where really cheap, like $2 each or something. All this does is make money, people still buy it if they like it and as we've found out in the past, prohibition/restriction tactics by governments just means bigger blackmarkets. |

i lived with the brewer of moo brew for about 3 years. i know a little about what beer :p when he launched his beer, i told him it tasted like :)
its just one of those things i never got a taste for unfortunately :(

Of course it's just to make the govt money. And a pretty thinly veiled excuse for it, as well.
The problem is, teenagers are stupid and greedy. If they would just pool their resources, they could buy a greater quantity of higher quality booze, and share between them! |

emphasis on stupid. i used to laugh at my friends as they tried to work out what they would buy and how much everyone would get. took them ages and plenty of arguing.
i sat there high as a kite and marvelled at my superior choice of poison :) |

Lulz. To be fair to teens, I suppose, my friends and I always pooled our resources for buying weed. ALWAYS. And when we ran out, we knew that there was at least a fair chance of scabbing weed off each other until we could afford more :p |

We should probably consider our relatively 'cheap' booze a bit of a mixed blessing. For a while there in the UK it would cost you about £4-5 a pint, or you could just spend £10 on E and spend the night dry humping inanimate objects, looking like a retard and licking walls. |

| That was about 4-5 years ago now for the more boutique beer and ale, for the regular dishwater it was about £2-3, cheaper the further you go north away from London. |
