A bolt of lightning just shot literally two feet from my deck. The clap of thunder that hit caused a painting to fall off the wall, as well as knocked out power for a good minute. Holy . :wtf:

I don't mean to be emo but im getting older, and starting to notice all the fun I used to have as an early 20, well, it doesnt age well.
I'm getting away from it but all my close friends who i used to party with, have all grown up and those traits that I used to find fun about them is now starting to look white trashy. I'm finding less and less people I can actually relate too. Add that to a trait I have that makes people forget their age and act crazy while theyre aorund me and this world is becoming a bit of a lonely ass place filled with people with no direction and their heads half up their ass.
I should have left TO like I wanted to when i first started feelin this way.
A word to the wise to the youngins on this forum. Decide what you want from life now rather then later. You dont want to wind up working some office job, coming home to watch tv and listening to music caught up in media till the weekend comes to party...then do it all over again. It gets boring quick.
I was blessed with a knee injury that left me disabled for a while. It kinda wipped the slate clean for me and left me free to do the things Ive always wanted to do. Now, I might not ever have to be a 9-5er again :)

:) So far I know it's the first half of June or so. My brother has a conference in montreal so he's going to carry on upto that and myself, my sister in law and their newly adopted dog are going to stop at her folks place in MC Hammertown. We've got to sort a route out because of finding a motel/campground place where we can stay with the dog but are looking at doing something like Edm-Saskatoon-Winnipeg-Thunder Bay-Sudbury etc. I Mentioned that you were in Barrie and he's got friends there and says it's only about 50 mins drive for him, not sure how legal his speed may be to do that though :p
Thus far, need to meet up with Xtina/Tribu, spyder, Yohan if he's around, a guy i know from Missisauga who occasionally posts on here and have a mini trip to visit weiners & theresa maybe before, maybe after. I will definitely let you know when I have dates, he's got to sort it out with his tutor at work first but I'm hoping to know within a couple of weeks.
