I've heard of something like this happening! When I was shadowing some surgeons for school a while ago they were talking about a couple that came in after a car wreck. They hit a tree and the girl chomped down and choked to death on his dick, the guy bled to death before they could operate. They put the cause of death as "head trauma." They may have been pulling my leg, but after seeing some of this people come into surgery for there really isn't a need to make up stories.
