No, it only involves the one person. Although, I don't know exactly what will happen - it could open up a whole can of worms and might end up involving a few other people (higher ups at my work). However, if they all go down for something, it's only because of their own shady ways. I shouldn't feel bad about that.
It's pretty serious, so I should feel good about doing the right thing - in fact, I'm positive I'm obligated to report this situation - but something about tattling on people doesn't sit right karmically. |

| Hahaha oh definitely not. This person is a liar and manipulative. Had I brought it to her attention that I know what I know, she would have gotten rid of the evidence (except I took pictures), and found some way to make me look bad or set me up to get fired, etc. |

| i don't think you can get bad karma for letting someone in the wrong get punished. as long as you reported anonymously (i'm sure you did) and have the evidence to back it up (pictures), you should be fine. i had a friend recently report her boss (she works at a daycare) which could have gotten the entire facility shut down. at least that's not a risk... right? |

To be honest, I've known about this for a while...but was too scared of losing job security to say anything. I have actually mentioned it to my immediate boss, hoping that she might say or do something (as is the proper protocol), but she's too ing stupid to realize the magnitude of it, or even know what she is obligated to do.
So now that I have a new job, a much better, less bull, more support, more people who know what they're doing job, I decided now is the time to take action. |

Is it just me, or do you seem to be a veritable magnet for liars and assorted sketch? I've known only a few people in my life whom I would classify as true 'liars', and they're usually hilarious from the get-go because you can smell their bull from 100 yards. They're entertainment. But you seem to always have a story about someone you currently know who is a pathological liar, cheat, scallywag, etc.

I don't think so. Ideally they would just remove this person and have her replaced. But again, all of the people at the top here are just as ing stupid and manipulative. I honestly have no idea how deep the bull goes, but I know there's no way this bitch is just getting away with this crap without other people either turning a blind eye to protect their own asses, or passively being accomplices. If it's as bad as that, shut down is a possibility I suppose. |

Yeah I do...but I just got a new job that starts next week. I do plan on sticking around the current place, but only for 1 or 2 shifts a month. I've been there for 4 years and have really good relationships with the residents and their families - it would be strange to leave. :/
There's so much ing bull that goes on at this place - actually I don't feel bad at all now that I think about it. Something's gotta give - hopefully this will set things in motion for that place getting cleaned up and run properly. |
