Well I included being able to control any hostility - manage emotions basically. Is that what you meant? |
I meant to say they need love and attention. If this helps they control their hostility then yeah :D |

"If one voice in your head tells you to kill a colleague, and another voice tells you to set a kitten on fire, how can you do both things at the same time?"
See if they come up more original than setting the cat ablaze and throwing it at the poor sap the voice wants exterminated. The better the answer, the higher the score! |

i am doing social skills training to basically take them out into the environment to come across problems and solve them......... and then also to give them little tasks similar to their work and see if they can come across errors and solve them.
that's all. |

Sorry Mel, SMS abbreviations annoy me :(
Literacy as a skill though is useful in fairly much every occupation and further career development, regardless of how much people may wish to pidgeonhole someone into a set role. |

| I meant simple reading, writing and numeracy even if someone is destined to work in a factory or shelf packing at least once in their life. Its probably for the best they know how to read their contractual employment details, pay slips, not get limbs torn off from not understanding a warning sign and simple stocktaking products. |
