Nou, have you ever sought the assistance of a psychologist? There's some prejudice regarding therapy, so I hasten to add that I'm not taking the piss or anything, but that's exactly the sort of thing they're able to help you with if it bothers you so much.
My own mother is a therapist actually, and she had the whole family go to therapy for the hell of it (with other people, of course), and it's a quite enriching experience... even though I dropped out because I'd always argue about metaphysics with the hippie therapists my mum assigned to me in my teens, it changed the way I deal with myself (and I'd say that's for the better) :) |
I take therapy but my therapist is a gorgeous 28 year old blonde Canadian, who happens to be a Capricorn like me. I have always loved Canadians since I was 20-21, As I have dated two Canadians thus far. Her attraction has made our time good and awkward at times. But obviously she won't loose her licence over some client so I had to put her in my little sister role. But her wealth of knowledge is vast and that's a turn on for me. I love picking her brain. We don't have any weird moments during sessions anymore since I had to bust away from her looks and focus on picking her brain. She is a Buddhist also. She has a tattoo of the first sound Ommmm in the meditation of Buddhism. Since I have dated 2 Canadians thus far so her being a Canadian just made things so unique. I really dig her but I know the limits. It's a lot better than some old person who I have a generation gap with and since her knowledge is so very vast she is as smart as an older therapist and we can relate more due to our age.
Anyhow, eye candy therapist who has great morals and vast intellect and helped me greatly. Most things she helped me with are very personal. |

They have a little bit of spiciness because they're still peppers, but they are mostly sweet.

Birthdays started the 21st, new food every day since. Saturday's apple brown betty for breakfast, yesterday's 7-layer dip...sandwich for lunch. Yes, I put it in between slices of bread and pretended it was a legitimate choice. :o
And, for the record, a jenn-aire fridge (sorry, Ygrene). |
