So the qualification for a well-made game is being hard? WoW is easy, that's a given. But for what it is, it's a well-made game.

Nobody plays WoW because they want a challenge. The fun of WoW lies in the fact that with enough time you can make it to a high level and raid/PvP/dungeon/quest with large groups of people. It's not that you're challenged to think about complex problems or whatever, it's that you can have fun working towards a goal with friends and strangers alike. Think of it as a group of children playing tag, the game couldn't be any simpler but the kids are still having fun.
