You wont believe how many times I've came up to chicks pounding away on teh cardio...drinking gatorade/powerade! I always have to tell them they are simply putting the sugar and carbs back into their body that they are working so hard at burning off!

Yeah unless your hungover stay away!

that is basically how i went through highschool. i haven't started yet, but yeah that's the plan. obviously a lot of neglect has made me pretty out of shape hehe...but i think with the changes i've made finally the last month i'm going to be able to get back on track

yeah alright...i guess i didn't realize that the carbs in it were from sugar...i'll just stick with my water ehehe...

what are you hoping to cut down too?

Im doing a 12 week cut now....I should drop around 20-25Lbs.. Id post my workout and diet but you guys might get a little jealous...After cutting to about 185-190 Ill bulk back up again during the winter and be a beast!

well at the moment i'm at about 210. like i said, lots of neglect. i'd like to get to 185 @ 8%... it's probably going to take a while, but that's my goal.

Anyway ill post my pics up when Im done my cut. Im 210 right now and about 15-16% BF...

Btw Mr. NCHS or whoever the you are...I dont use terminology like diet because thats not what this is. Its a cut because I am cutting body fat and preserving muscle. Thanks for you time have a nice ing night!
