heres the urea cycle and it shows how creatine can break down into creatinine which in turn can metabolise into formaldahyde.
probably haveing a large concentration of formaldehyde in your body is no good as your body needs to process that into formic acid which increases your blood pH and so forth.. its understandable that creatinine is not a good bi product.
heres the pathway if anyones intrested to see what else creatine metabolizes into

HAHAHHAHAHA
those are great.
i'll say this...the guy in the first video...he's got better arms then me...and i think biceps are a muscle group that respond to heavy weight...but those cheat curls are still a little ridiculous...looks like that's more of a big-look at me thing than a training thing...
second guy...never laughed so hard in my life...i think he was wanking while he was filming the video...
the third kid...that's just funny. |

ok what's the best exercise to tone up my hamstrings and increase strength? it's that time to switch up exercises plus deadlifts and the leg curl machine are not exactly my favorites and that muscle group needs some help.

Yeah, like Orbs said, your best bet is leg curls. To up the intensity of the curls, partner up with someone and do some negative reps towards the end of your workout (where your partner lifts the weight for you and you lower it slowly). This will simulate the stretching motion of a deadlift without the stress on your back. |

| In my opinion the only way you can get really good arms is to do what Jared does there. I only do it after sets of normal curls though, and I don't see why it's funny that he's probably doing the same thing. It's really the only way I can do forced negatives by myself. I'll clean the weight up if I have to. |
