I just took my No Xplode, i feel like a human tuning fork, I'm going to go to gym now and show everyone how badass I am by screaming everytime my muscles contract.

Just went to the gym. Did a whole body workout, just to keep the muscles strong. I havent been this week cuz of examns, and im planning to go heavy next week.
I did:

Cable Rows:
1x10 100 lbs
1x12 150 lbs
1x8 200 lbs

Chin ups
1x4 Underhand grip wide
1x4 Normal grip wide

Preacher w/flat bar
1x12 50 lbs
1x8 70 lbs

Hammer Curls
1x10 30 lbs
1x8 40 lbs

Flat BP
1x10 135 lbs
1x8 185 lbs
1x6 200 lbs

Cable Flies
2x14 40 lbs

Overhead Dumbell Extension (Triceps)
1x12 50 lbs
1x8 80 lbs

Dips
2x12

Barbell Shoulder Press (Behind)
1x8 95 lbs
1x6 115 lbs

Squats
1x12 135 lbs
1x10 225 lbs

Shin(sp?) Presses
1x20 135 lbs
1x15 180 lbs

It's all about the BCAA's (Protein Synthesis Stimulator) with an protein isolate guys :) Combine that with a steady 6 meals a day diet and train hard. Besides that I'm a powerlifter and I train 2-3 times a week.

Are you bulking up or something that youre on a diet like that? I guess size helps if youre a powerlifter :wtf:

I'm 6'1 and 180 pounds. For my perfect physique, I'm guessing it'll be around 215-220 pounds :) It'll take a couple years but I'm up for the challenge guys. I have chosen heavy compound moves over machines because they need to be recognized with a different mentally & motivation. I use dumbbells sometimes.

Im just gonna try to play basketball and football as often as I can - all Ill hit the gym whenever I have some free time.

My workout is usually 70% cardio (3 mi. run... 1/4 mi. swim), 30% weights (I usually just target the bigger upper body groups, the running and swimming do enough work on the legs). Just trying to loose weight but maintain the muscle I have.

I've been training for the 1/2 marathon coming up in a couple of weeks.

So I've been running, running, running!

Endorphines kicking in in the aftermath .. can't beat that

RAAWWR!!!

And when I'm not running marathons, I'm at the gym 2-3 times a week .. cardio 60%, about weights 40%.

Oh, and can't forget the clubbing / random acts of dancing too.

Ok, I wana start hitting the gym and gain as much weight as possible and as quickly as possible...

i'm 5'8 and a hefty 135 lbs. I've got muscle and what not, like i've got a pretty toned body, its just...girly like.

so what would i neeed to do? stick to protine and heavy lifting? or maybe just medium lifting kinda thing? i duno wtf to do so i'm asking...and i'm way too lazy to read thu all of this ...help the one you love..help btg.

Do excersie everyday with light wieghts. But before you do excersies, always do 20min warm up. okay thats it.

5'8 & 135 pounds, your one skinny boy!
If you want to gain mass & strength, heavy lifting is your only option. Eat 6 meals a day (both high in carbs & proteins), whey protein isolate, amino acids (bcaa's possibly but don't choose GNC's products) & vitamins. I do recommend making a research on supplements because they are designed for specific goals. Recognize your body, what it needs and what will work also. If you come along creatine, take it once and see how it works for you. Decide if you really need it because creatine all it really does it make up the fullness of your muscle. The maturity & density of a muscle takes a couple years to develop and creatine won't help with that, neither will any other supplements (steroids will).
