cold water is bad for working out because all your blood goes to your stomach to warm it up. Its great for at night though because it makes your body work hard and helps burn calories :D

I remember you posting a while back about going through bodily cleansing and drinking hot water so your body didnt waste calories heating it up and instead focused the calories on digestion and processing of food. Could you expound a bit on that if you get a chance?

school is almost out so I want to join a fitness club or what ever its called around where im at.
I weight 170 (i slack off in baseball class:wtf: )
My goal would be 150, to gain muscle, want to show off my sexy body for my senior year in high school.

To do:


Squats, t-bar rows, Bench press. make a three day rotation where you do legs, Chest, and back.

each of those three do abs, calves, and a 35 minute walk on highest incline treadmill goes at 2.5 speed.

Start loving tuna. Cut out carbs. Toast and eggs in the morning, TUna, protein shakes, and veggies and tuna for dinner.

work hard, work well, and you could get all you want in 6 months

protein shakes. They rock. Costco sells a 40 dollar bucket that lasts for 2 months.

Get some whole wheat bread, TOAST IT (helps convert ty carbs into good ones) and make a no mayo or foofy bull meat sandwich with TONS of meat. A lot!

eat whatever protein you can. Home made hamburgers, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches , eggs, etc....

count calories using fitday.com for a while and your goal is to burn more than you eat for 3 weeks and then get them equal and be hitting the gym hard whole time.
