way to be man. I think your biggest goal is going to be diversifying your workouts enough to where, after EXHAUSTING a muscle group, you can go back and still get another 3 sets out of them after a brief rest. A good diet with good vitamin intake and a nice thorough exhaustion of the muscles will make that DNA shape up in no time :D |

| I know about all that ( 4 years of football) I just slacked off the last couple years...and jumped from a solid 220 (235 bench/ 410 squat) to a soggy 270:nervous: but now Im back to where I was and just need to whip it into shape:whip: I got plenty of time till spring/summer to get it to a presentable form:stongue: I wanted to lose a lot of the fat before I start building it up. Plus I get some great tips from my cousin (trainer) |

If you want to do my lose a pound a day diet you can drink half a pot of coffee at 8am, do a 6 mile run at 11, work out for an hour, come home and eat 2oz of meat and then call it a day on food for a week or so :D skinnies you right up |
