well i dunno how much you know about the guy in the picture...but basically he uses these injections that fill the muscle and make him look larger...however...the injections tend to also make the muscles look deformed...so that's why he's just a dumb ... |

I've not looked through the whole thread but remember Richard Sandrak the world's strongest boy? I watched a doc about it way back and it looks like he trained like any other but the occasional steroid or hormone.
He seems to get praise for his achievement but I'm questionable whether he'd make a good role model or not. |

he was saying in that documentary they did on him that he always had a hard time with being so short, so to make up for it he decided to get his muscles as big as he could.

yeah but i know lots of short guys that work out...and honestly they have an easier time at filling out because their frames aren't as big.
