Any of you guys get a bit annoyed if some oke looking girl keeps staring @ you when you work out?

I have this problem since 2 days. This new girl keeps looking @ me and i get nervous ;/

I've only done it maybe 10 or so times, and not for quite a while now :( My gf has been into it for ages though, she's a pretty damn good climber. I'm really looking forward to starting up again :D

it is a bit light.. but my bone structure is very thin. I dont want to bulk up too much.. ill be happy at 155 to 170.. totally lean. I do alot of rock climbing so if i get too heavy i would imagine my strength to body mass ratio would decrease. Right now its the highest its ever been.

thats not bad.. you'd probably find indoor bouldering a synch then. I hear that outdoor is a totally differnt difficulty level. You should take pics the next time you do it and post em here.

few question on bench form...

is the whole back suppose to be flat on the bench? I try to retract my shoulders all the way and keep the back flat at the same time...it's kinda hard. if I keep the back flat, it feels like my chest pump is gone.

sweet I can post in this thread now. I just started working out at the gym last week. Got a personal trainer to make a workout for me. Just doing high rep total body stuff now.



ima be a cage fighter soon enough.
