| The worst one is the nightclub lad, imagine bumping into him on a night out. I'd end up wetting myself with laughter. |

i was 6 foot 1 and weighed 135 so was just as skinny as you. I am now 175 lbs. slabbing on 40 lbs of pure muscle takes time, but if youre dedicated you could see HUGE results in a few months.
the idea is that your body responds to be pushed. Right now you dont push it at all so when you hit it hard it will respond massively.
the changes get smaller and smaller as time goes on, but for now youll see a lot of results. Your biggest goal is going to be not to under eat. Thats what held me back for YEARS*******
youre gonna mess yourself up if you are afraid of body fat. Its easy to lose, as evidenced by you being that skinny. fat is fuel, so you want it for a good work out.
Working out hard is easy....just ing do it. Eating is the part where everyone pusses out. They want to stay lean not get fat. they say its too expensive bla bla.
If you want to gain weight, work out, eat a lot. we can give you routines and diets, but if you dont eat right youll just gain a few a pounds, look a bit better, and nothing much will come of it. Youll lose motivation and stop working out again.
So either get ready to be committed or be a sissy girl child! |
Totally agree with all that. I was 9 1/2 stone for like ever, until I started eating properly, and more importantly over and above what I had been eating. I finally have made it up to 11 stone now, with no sign of stopping. |

I've got a question about creatine. If I mix it with water in the morning and put it in a water bottle, will it still have the same effects if i drink it lets say about 5 hours later?
(or does it lose its properties if left in water for too long?) |

| I used to do that, I dont think its a problem. Might want to just put it in a baggy and buy some gatorade though. That way its fresh and in a solution that will deliver it better |
