Its all about diet.
More protein, less carbs and fatty foods. You will be amazed how quickly you can change the shape of your body, following a simple diet change and working out. |

Random Note:
Be courteous in the gym. I had a dude steal my machine yesterday and then he got ty when I politely asked if I could work in with him.
I swear I'll kick an old person. |
You should thank him for falling the "I'm being a bitch by using machines" sword for you. |

How do work your hamstrings and calves? |

For hamstrings, what he does is he gets a rope and ties one end to a dumbbell and the other to his ankle. This is known as the 'Dumbbell of Shame'. He then places his knee on an elevation (high enough so that the dumbbell doesn't touch the floor when he straightens his leg out) bent at roughly a 45 degree angle and straightens it so his leg is extended fully, then contracts back to the starting postition and so on until he has done his full reps. Then he unties the dumbbell from that ankle and ties it onto the other ankle and repeats. When he becomes strong enough, he uses a heavier weight and graduates to the 'Dumbbell of Triumph'. |

I liked doing squats and then dropping the bar and doing deadlifts. Thats a pump rawrrrr.
But then I got an MRI and they were like "stop lol we're doctors"
so I just use machines now. Does a good job. I usually felt deadlifts more in my butt and lower back then hamstrings though. |

| stiffed legs will give your hamstrings a good workout. Regular ones wont hit them as much. |
