So I sprained my ankle for the 3rd time in 10 months on Saturday, pretty severely. See below (pretty gruesome):





Well, I guess it is a blessing in disguise because I had been playing basketball 5 days a week for roughly the last 4 months. I was just burning waaaaaay too many calories and my workouts really suffered. So now it will back to the weight hardcore for at least the next 7 weeks, as it will take at least that long before I am able to bounce around on the court like I want to.

This will be my split:

Mon:
Chest

Tue:
Legs (whatever I can do to work around the ankle)

Wed:
Shoulder

Fri:
Arms

Sat:
Back

and I'll throw in as much time as I can on the bike to keep my heart conditioned, once the ankle will accept pushing the pedals.

Jesus, Ygrene, that looks pretty rough! I busted out the dumbbells last night rather than using the cable machine. Yes, I am sore today, as it's been a couple of months since my last free weight routine. But it's a much "cleaner" feeling workout, if that makes sense.

wow. didnt know this was still going. Been avoiding the COR because its so havent looked in here that often. Excellent. Had my week off. Back to thy gym tomorrow. cant wait.

I'm about 192 right now, I have a few pounds to shed in the gutular area, but overall my new diet / workout has been really effective. Couple more months and I'll be there. Really need to get a peak on my biceps, they look like they should be on a middle-schooler.

sorry, i took these in boxer briefs, but it's better than those body builder thongs :wtf:

I'm 6"2" 223 pounds at the moment. I'm husky with wide shoulder, I'm working on a 6 pack at the moment but It's very hard since I do consume a lot of carbs and intake a lot of protein. I used to take that Muscle Milk product but my back broke out due to to that ingredient that causes the body to raise Creatine levels. My goal is to be massive but at least keep my stomach as flat as possible and have a defined body weighing at around 250 pounds. I plan to order that brand new Bowflex Revolution (better than the new Bowflex Extreme), it's supposed to be the best home gym product out.

Orbax, I had no idea that Mason was your brother, you guys are in great shape.

wow, going for 250 eh? that is massive but @ 6'2 you can still pull that off without looking too insane. Schwarzenegger was 6'2, 220 during competition and, obviously, he was bizarro massive.

i have never used a bowflex, do you not have a gym near you?
