Orbax, on the Scwarzenagger thing (having to do cardio to gain mass)... just not true. For two summers I have put on weight (~10 pounds/each muscle mass) and I hardly did cardio when I gained the weight. In fact, when I started doing a lot of cardio, I began loosing a little weight, and had to struggle to keep it on. I really think it depends on your body type: if you have a fast metabolism and are a naturally fit person, you can get away with not doing cardio. If you are naturally bigger and your condition isn't that good, you will need to do cardio or else your fat % will go through the roof.

lol schwarz was on steroids.. obviously he could probably eat potato chips and soda all day and still gain mass :p

thats a bit of an exaggeration. But the logic behind cardio and it creating a caloric deficit just makes it harder to put on weigh. If you havea huge appetite by all means. But for me i dont reallly do much cardio, just a warmup and biking every now and then.
Orbax
muscle mass and just sheer weight are different. youll gain a lot of fat without cardio.

and by cardio I dont mean running 15 miles. a 20 minute walk is nice too....
