God damnit, it's like 74 and sunny and once I finish my homework I was going to go and sit out at the terrace and have a beer with my friends but now you've shamed me into going to the gym. I didn't go yesterday so I really should go today.

join me in being miserable at the gym instead of drinking and happy!

So heres my latest routines im in....

Chest Back day

Incline DB Flies:
1x12 warmup with 30s
1x10 35s
1x10 40s
1x10 45s

I go till hands are bout 10-15 degrees below chest line. REALLY stretches them feels awesome. Lighter weight the better. the form causes the stress on the chest, not the weight. Too much and youll start rolling shoulders forward and not using chest at all

T-Bar Rows:
1x12 warmup 45
1x10 90
1x10 135
1xfailure 135, strip set into failure with 90, strip set into failure with 45

flat DB bench press
1x8 80s
1x8 70s
1xfailure 60s

close grip palm in lat pulldowns
1x10 135
1x10 150
1x10 165

Dips:
6x6 for now until im strong again hehe

Decline Situps:
3x16 with alternating twist

Treadmill:
15% incline, 2.7 speed. 35 minutes. burns about 400 calories. Its awesome. Try it!

more later

ty pic where i am at right now

Well, I was going anyways but because of your post I will probably punch a grandma right in the face because I'm super-pumped!

Maybe I'll take some pics when I get home, I've lost like 20 pounds in the last month, cutting up pretty good but some of my muscularity was lost too. :(

A trainer told me to do big muscle groups to loose fat and gain muscle so Ive been doing
day 1: chest tris shoulders, legs cardio
day 2: back, bis, traps, legs cardio
day 3: core lower back abs cardio
I alternate my leg workouts but try to get a good fat burning workout
now that its warm im gonna add biking into my cardio

weights should not be the focus of burning fat. it comes secondarily, but don't try to strategize the process.

cardio and diet is for fat burning.

i do an hour of cardio each day, no (or very very little saturated fat) and no carbs after 5-6pm.

Not necessarily true, if youre craving something in the evening, you can have fruit - takes about 2 hours to completely digest it.

But eating before you sleep is a definite no no because youre brain function in your sleep is directed away from your digestive tract, thats not to say food wont digest, it will just take longer.

yeah thats pretty much true. Although its still pretty easy to just do 90 minute weights routines and eat like 2x a day and get pretty low fat.

Working out is uber holistic. All things must be in balance

Right in at 195 or so....I was up to 217, kinda balloonish but I was really strong, it made training fun. The last couple of days I have been pretty low on calories and have been feeling pretty flat, it sucks. :(

Maybe after I carb up for a few days I'll post some pics, so at least that way I look like I have some muscles. ;)
