My new goal in life is to look like a superhero. That is all.

p.s. I'm 32 and I don't care.

muscle atrophy

overtraining isnt a myth.. espeiclaly for those who are trying to put on mass it can come on as a seroius dilema.. also your more prone to injury. Ive experienced it before and its like negative progress.

Orbax what are you doing for cardio these days? I've been running 4~ miles intermittently trying to get rid of a bit of left over body fat. I suppose I just need to get into a more regular routine, I keep getting caught up with things to do and end up running only once or twice a week.

I'm thinking about going for a 10~ mile run tomorrow, I'll see how that pans out.
