Hey thanks for the very helpfull comments!
I'm definitely motivated to hit the gym and i'll try to do it the more I can.
As for the food, I eat 3 normal meals a day but I also eat a lot of chocolate stuff and biscuits in between. What do you mean with 6 meals? You're talking about soups, fruits, yoghurts and all or really 6 regular meals a day ? |

Heh 'monster'...it fits with the topic too.
I remember reading an article about Lee Priest and his off-season diet a while back. He said during the offseason he just made sure that he was meeting his daily requirements for protein and then beyond that, he paid no attention to what he ate. Whole buckets of chicken from KFC, half-gallons of ice cream, and on and on. I couldn't imagine just training balls out, eating everything in site, and then sleeping. Repeat for 2 months straight. It'd be fun to do it at least once if you could get past the mental issue of all the fat gain that comes with it.
And yes, that Blizzard rocks. I think there is oatmeal cookie in it too. |

Hey workout experts..
As a cyclist I don't want to develop any bulky muscle except what comes from jogging/riding.
I am, however, looking for some excercises I can do that use my own body weight as resistance for my upper body..
Any suggestions on that and how many reps/sets per day? |

Try and make sure its around 40grams on protein and carbs in each meal. Obviously certain meals can be just protein wtih about 80 grams and then just carbs with the same. |
