Okay, so I'm getting out of my car tonight and I feel a little crik in my left knee. No big deal, I thought, just joints creaking and doing there thing.
So I get inside, bend down to take off my shoes...
And I get horrendous stabbing pain right in my knee joint. I couldn't stand or walk or put any weight on it at all.
I stayed off it for a little while, and it seems to be better now, but it still hurts when I put weight on it and it feels like if I push it, it'll just get worse.
This is clear out of the blue. Anyone have any idea WTF is wrong with it? I've never had any problems like this before. |

also, not that i'm certified to give any type of medical advice but i've had similar issues (not as bad as you though) with my hip and really all i've done is limited the amount of stain placed on that joint. the pain can last for up to 30min then goes away and i haven't had any issues for a long time.
if it's the ligaments around your knee start wearing a brace. lately, i've issues with my left knee so i've been wearing a knee brace to the gym and limited lower body exercises that put unnecessary strain on my knee.
god :nervous: 25 with hip and knee problems; i sound like i'm freaking old...that's all i've got; hope you feel better. |

you have an entire day dedicated to your shoulders? today was supposed to be an upper body day but no time for the gym today :( but i'm going to see a&b spin so i'll get some cardio out of that :) |

Well, today it's feeling better. I'm not pushing it though.
Honestly, this was clearly out of the blue. I haven't run or anything for at least a few days. I was bounding up some stairs earlier, but I always do that... maybe I just stepped on it wrong.
Maybe it's just one of those freak things? I've never had knee problems before. |

hmm ya, 4 exiercises. then some cardio.
I go to the gym 5 times a week so each group get their own day usually. I go there because i have nothing to do in my life :( |
