I stretch and all. The doctors all told me it takes forever/never to heal because cartilage doesnt heal very well. If I do things like wide-grip anything it really tears it up and incline bench seems to as well.

Then I got that crushed disc in my lower back which makes a whole bunch of stuff nigh impossible.

20 lbs.. thats hard to set as a current realistic goal without serious supplementation..
