I cant wait to get my ass back to the gym this year.
But first I will devour the large slab of chocolate I acquired for Christmas and get over this girl flu. |

I've been trying to get some girls I know on this site I just made for young (10-14) hockey players, because a lot of the drills combine cardio and muscle building, while not adding on too much bulk (as those kids are too young to be doing that).

That will give you full access to the site. At the very least, you could pick up a few new exercises. |

Muscle weighs more than fat. Don't stress the numbers.
Most of the really fit guys in this thread would likely come out with a BMI number that indicates they're overweight, even though they could hardly be in better shape. |

i run for 30 min then do 300 crunches, 100 pushups, and some target area exercises

Proportions generally stay kind of the same, it totally makes sense (ie at my fattest I was a 36 double and now 32 double). Breasts are mostly fat and as you lose weight you lose that fat too.

Keep up the good work :D You shouldn't pay too much attention to numbers, how your clothes fit is generally a good indicator. |

Pilates, I hear it does amazing things for your posture. A little bit boring though |

I knew one girl with a stunning figure who weighed about 160lbs and was 5'6"
solid muscle weighs a lot especially as you continue to workout and make it denser and denser |

| I like working out. But I don't like working out when the gym is packed full of people who are all gung-ho with their new years resolutions and don't know anything about gym etiquette. I guess I'll really only have to deal with it for another week or so so I should shutup. :/ |
