Going to the gym for second time today, to do back. Then I'm going to come home and bingiing on sugar-filled items and later, when I wake from my sugar coma, I'm going to binge on hops filled items to induce another coma-like state.

I too should enjoy hops at some point today.

Did legs thursday:

Full Squats:

1x12 115
1x10 135
1x8 185
1x10 135

Walking Lunges:
3x24 22.5s

Quad Extensions:
1x10 60
1x8 70

then I was drained :\ coming back after a break so in next few weeks hopefully legs will get nutty bonkers.

And wednesday was hams day...

on stomach ham curl machine:

3x10 80
1xfailure 80 then instantly halve the weight and do till failure at 40lbs with each leg.

then abs and calves and walking. We do that 35 minute walk every time but squats day and it feels awesome.

Gettin there. I think in 2 weeks Ill be able to post a picture im not ashamed of hehe.
