first off, youre both out of your element. You need to re-read what I was talking about because youre having a little childlike knee jerk reaction to what I said.

1 week or at max 2 of what I was talking about will have you lose weight, get some discipline, and get some quick results.

If you knew what you were talking about youd realize that your body's vitamin and nutrient reserves would be quite fine by the end of the period. People can live their whole lives off mac and cheese so a week of tuna and working out isnt gonna kill them.

Both of you are new to this thread. THe other two spanned several hundred pages of eating and workout advice. You are taking a snap shot and you dont understand of what.

Stop talking. You have done nothing but say "Nuh uh" when Ive actually done it and I run and I work out and I eat right and I have doctors and physical trainers say im healthier'n .

oh man, ok son when I have some time on my hands you and everyone else will get the whole shabang on my training regime mmmkay??But just by looking at your "diet" I can tell ya right now I weigh 115lbs now and there is WAY more food in my diet for my competition on June 3rd, and it's not something I winged by myself, my personal trainer developed it for me.
But yeah within the next couple of days I'll have it ALL posted, but as for what I looked like before..imagine what eating maybe twice a day, working at KFC and eating all you wanted for free growing up in highschool, not being active except for occasionally rollerblading or biking, eating two large bags of doritos, 3 chocolate bars in one sitting watching t.v. from 6-9 almost every night, lots of fresh WHITE bread on a SLOW METABOLISM. My jeans were a size 34..I now wear a 26.http://www.teamgots.com/

There are faster and better ways to loose fat with easier foods which is a combination of lean meats and low glycemic carbs (Prove me wrong), and no, the post pics or STFU thing won't help you on a debate of proper nutrition.. And being new to this thread? I can't believe the information your posting is so critical to some of the TA's here, i felt kinda sorry. The stuff you post is like the average trainer theory on loosing fat.

Prove me wrong with facts, not some photo of yourself.

the thing youre missing is that im not arguing that a complete diet is bad. or that my diet is good. Im saying there are benefits to it - ones that i find to be significant.

Anyway...

this is supposed to be a thread of people working towards something, so im just going share my experience and let people take what they will.

Someone might find something in your posts too, I dont know.

if you read back on the last page Ive posted my current diet. I didnt add in all the random fruits, veggies, and what not that I eat because its tedious (but there are some mentioned).

Im glad youve changed from a crap diet to a good one, and I too worked with several champion body builders. A very good friend one state a few times and hes down in nevada right now getting a phd in this stuff.

Diets, like workouts, are always changing to suit your needs. Again, for over weight people, the first one on both levels is pushing away from the table. They need to start getting full off of less. I have another thread on 1,2, and 3 days fasts but thats more controversial (and no,there isnt any activity during a fast).

but again, im just posting progress and what im doing to get there. If someone wants to utilize that, go for it.

I used to eat all that junk when I was growing up, my diet has been consistently improving in the last 5 years. When I moved to Winnipeg from Dauphin is when I started to really change my habits (not eating free fastfood defo helped in a big way!)

yeah, i used to drink tons of soda, pizzas (which i still do for legs days...man thats gives you energy), i was candy bar king...tons of white breads, rolls, I just snacked constantly.

but I mainly lacked the discipline and lifestyle to where I wouldnt eat when bored (doing stuff so you arent bored helps...MMORPGS being the king of not eating).

I always try things to really raise my will levels. Like Ill go on a 5 mile run, and if I think about quitting 100 yards before my mark ill run an extra 100 past the finish and thats the new finish line forever. trains your brain not to think negatively.

Ive done 3 day fasts, ran 4 miles almost straight up in 45 minutes...

Disciplines as much a "muscle" as anything else. Definitely a part of the holistic life style as well.

my biggest challenge is not having the money to get all the foods and supplements. I have to do most of this stuff the old fashioned way hehe.
