I recommend the chocolate flavours from ISO XP from NX CARE
and ISO-PRO from Precision Sport supplements
for a snack the Labrada nutty bars are pretty good, and the chocolate puddings from INSTONE are impressive.
Here's my workout for today
A1 Flat DB press 4 X 10 301 TEMPO
A2 Walking lunge 4 X max rest 30-45 sec
B1 High cable crossover 21's 4X21 201 TEMPO
B2 squat thrust to deadlift 4X20 30-45sec REST
C1 low incline flye 3 X 15 301 TEMPO
C2 swissball legcurl 3 X max 301 TEMPO 30-45 sec REST
D1 hanging leg raise 3 X 12 301 TEMPO
D2 kneeling cable twist crunch 301 TEMPO
D3 swissball crunch 3 X 20 211 TEMPO 30-45REST
treadmill for 24 min intervals of 1 min ALL-OUT sprint @2% incline, 2 min brisk walk @ 6% incline

never used hydroxycut (the canadian version sucks anyways)
although when I was at the Olympia working at the INSTONE booth, I was the "Inferno girl", andgot to sample the product of course...and those suckers are good!!
so INFERNO by INSTONE gets my approval!!!
caffiene is awesome before a workout!!!

A kneeling 1 arm high cable pulldown 4 X 12/side 301 tempo rest for 30-45sec
B1 Stiff arm pulldown 4 X 15 301 tempo
B2 reverse grip pulldown 4 X 10 301 tempo rest 30-45sec
C seated 1 arm cable row 4 X 12/side 301tempo
D1 cable pulldown(parallel close grip) 4 X 15 301tempo
D2 rear delt machine 4 X 15 301tempo rest for 30-45sec
elliptical trainer for 30min alternate 60sec fwd sprint@highest incline, 90sec bwd brisk pace @ lowest

Went down the gym few days back and some girl stopped me while i walked past and asked me to help her.
She got stuck in the leg press macbine and had been there for 10 minutes trying to get out :)

I'm a customer of Nx Care as well, using the Iso-XP (vanilla) whey protein shake, protein-synthesis stimulator aka bcaa's (branch chain amino acids) & occasionally the Hyper-Growth creatine which is real good. All of the fat burners are mysterious to me because beign cut is one thing and not having any fat is awful for the metabolism. The technology in fat burners is revolutionary but is it executive?
You know what peeps, all of these supplement companies, their all similar. It's really the brand that your paying for. Muscletech is the cheapest by far that's because their one of the oldest bodybuilding companies. Nx is expensive though but their products are excellent. Besides I live in Canada, I have to support my comrades!
