what do yall listen to when working out? i like hardcore rap, and fast rock.

like: he is ledgend, the game, swishahouse, lil wayne, that trentemoller beta boy song owns, reggie and the full effects, some daft punk, and gorillaz have some great tunes to workout to.

I was in gym class, and got a basic understanding..
I was in the Army and got a more structured understanding...
I read a few magazines, articles, and books to try and understand it a little more
Now I have a personal trainer, and I'm about to go back in the service, and he has a perfect understanding, and I have a nutrionist..

I've taken over 10 tests to check how I work phsyiologically.. and they've come up with the best diet and workout plan for my intended results in a certain time period.

No testing needed...

went to gym for the first time since renewal today :)

got my base weights and can start to pound out sets wednesday.

yay for these threads for reminding me to stay fit :D

I *love* listening to trance sets when I'm working out. I turn the volume up REAL high and just pump iron.

Ok, time to face the facts: I've been skating thru my workouts for the last 6 months. I just moved across country and have been adjusting to my new job and new enviornment and I've been using that as a crutch to -foot in the gym.

Well, I'm back baby! (lol....and dorkier then ever!)

it's time to turn the heat back up in the gym and I'm giving myself 2 months to get into the best shape I've ever been in......that way I can totally pig at Christmas time and not feel guilty. My one other cheat will be Thanksgiving but, aside from that, look for me to be as strict as a nun.

I do not have a camera so I'm just going to post some old pics that i have of me in pretty good shape. My goal will be to get back to and surpass my physique in these photos.



Anyone else with me?? 2 months, let's do it!

i hear you buddy. man i've had a rough summer and the damage is done. i'm at my fattest and it's really starting to gross...clothes are feeling tighter and i hate it. two months is such a great amount of time...serious results can be made that's for sure...i've really been cheating myself a lot lately...i'd like to stop doing that because before ok yeah i just had a little chub, but i think it's gonna go beyond that if i don't fix it...so i'm definitely in buddy...

i've actually got something at the moment that's kept me out of the gym the last couple of days because i've been having these kinda thoughts the last couple of days...but as soon as it's healed, which hopefully will be in the next day or so, hell i can probably start some cardio while i wait for it to fix up.... will go down...i'm not gonna post pics because i'm so disgusted and ashamed, but i promise i'll get on this and i will post a pic two months from today...

Well in that case hello again :p

Also it's gonna be ENORMOUS and I'm sorry, but I have NO image resizing program on this laptop!

Now I estimate I'm about 3 or so pounds heavier due to moving to Paris and living the bohemian (aka cheap college) life once again... :haha:
I am happy enough. Trying to get more exercise but I am so lazy... :p
