its ok Jason. *I* still love you
djdawn
no, sorry. the last post wasn't aimed at you but rather at anybody who sees himself in that kind of situation.

the "arms" comment was made with respect to

do i think i can add two inches to my arms with arm days like that? yes i do...because i've done it before

adding two inches to any arm is a great achievement. then adding another two inches is outstanding imho. that's why I said good luck! I meant it!

these threads are so great, they've helped me a lot.

Glad you're enjoying them :)

i feel kind of bad though because ive been in a semi-surgery lately and haven't been able to work out more than about 6 times in the last month.

Hopefully these jerks will get some progress updates, pictures, or something up soon :D

i saw this show on the discovery channel the other day about this female body builder. she was getting these massages where they tear apart your muscle so it can rebuild itself bigger. it looked really painful. anyone know anything about this type of massage?

so this is me after being sick and hospitalized 2 times this month :p

ive lost 10 lbs and im down to 158 lbs now.

I feel that my lower chest development has come into some goodness and Im really focusing on incline flies and barbell as well trying to get that line between the pecs to get up so I can wear an unbottoned shirt and have my pecs popping out the top hehe

its not that much progress, but whatever , im liking it :D i just need to start running again because im turning into a tubby bitch
Floorfiller
yeah you've gotten some nice lower pec development like you said...i hate that ing upper and inner pec hahaha...always such a bitch :p
Orbax
yeah, Im going to go hit the gym in an hour or so and Ill take some pics when there is a little bit more obvious stuff. Right now i just woke up after 4 hours of sleep and I look like hell, its Bush league.

ive been doing the beginner workout that you posted in here for about a month and a half. i think at the end of the month im going to need to make a different routine. any suggestions on new routines that would be a step up from that?

Nrg2Nfinit
orbax your getting leaner.. i guess thats a good thing :D

i have a question i need a refresh.. after an 8 week program your suppose to take a break

now i cant remember whether it should be a 2 week break or a 1 week break.. anyone help me out here?
Orbax
everything ive read says 2 weeks. Im just coming off a 3 week break basically. I leaned up, have been eating less (although see my post about 2 hospital visits hehe), but have been feeling great. When I left I was able to through up the 90s a few times and do 2 sets of 9 with the 80s

i went in 3 days ago and barely did the 70s 3 times @@

went in today and did flat DB bench

1x 10 60s
1x10 70s
2x 7 80s
1x10 50s

then incline flies

3x8 35s with it set on 3 clicks up from incline so it was really working the collar bone

then some biceps and stuff...

point is after 2-3 weeks TONS of strength loss, but its back in a week and it always feels better. Just eat well, get your carbs and glycogen levels back up, eat protein and just relax and let your body do it all

Jonze:L When I get home Ill mix something up for ye :)

also, can you give me some idea of the current weight you are working with for each exercise? Cheers
