Prolly just to get my heart going. As I said, this isn't some intensive workout to get myself ripped, it's just to stay fit. I do this at home, I hate gyms. As you can see, they're all body weight exercises.

I trust that my sister knows what she's doing. :p

It's when you jump, bringing your knees up as high as you can, then you jump down to a low squatting position, then extend your legs out behind you, then bring them back to a squat position, then jump up again.

ing awesome move. We used to do this all the time at rugby practice.

I die every time I do them, lol. It's getting easier now that I've been doing it for a month or so. Having recently quit smoking I'm sure will make a big difference too.

It generally feels really good to be making more healthy choices for myself. Now that I'm past 25, I figured it was about time I stopped living like I was invincible. Heh.

+1

the high you get after regular intense physical workout is awesomeness.

knowing that sensation and wanting to re-experience it motivates me on days when i'm feeling a lil flat. Also i don't want to be a middle aged or ederly man with all sorts of health problems and huge medical expenses.
