Im not sure about the specifics but Id gnerally like a more toned body. Ive kinda let myself go and Im pretty flabby at the moment. Id just like an overall muscular body. and I dont lift weights so Id like to do it more through cardio exercise.
is it possible to achieve all this through biking, sit ups, jogging and a healthy diet? |

Your body gets used to routines. Make sure situps are mixed with leg lifts and russian twists and bicycles (the ab workout).
Make sure your cardio is mixed with intervals and sprints. Dont do the same run at the same pace every time.
what I kind of tell everyone is eat and apple and some free range omega III eggs in the morning (2). For lunch have a PBnJ and dinner a home made burger or chicken meal. Youre caloric intake should be low, but with enough energy to keep your workouts intense.
Stomach is fat resevoir so you gotta make the whole body burn calories till it gets sucked up.
Try doing some pullups, shadow boxing, and froggers in spare time. walking lunges without weight and do like 40 of them in a row.
Lots of stuff to get there. Also, flex for like 30 minutes a day youll be sweating your ass off hehe.
but yeah, make sure that diet is simple and small. |

Plus i work in a gym so it kinda sucks having that feeling of 'going back to work'. My brother just became a member at my gym now which is why i've been going more and more cuz he drives :D. That way i don't feel like i'm going BACK to work! |

Always a pleasure. I was able to lose 1 lb a day by wakin up, eating 4 slices of deli meat, a leaf of lettuce, and half a pot of coffee. 2 hours later go on a 5 mile run. for lunch have b-fast sans the coffee.
went from :

to

in 7 days.
I suggest being more reasonable, but realize that strength of will is important! :D |

| Diets definitely gonna be huge. The other key is getting that metabolism up. Caffeine and Taurine help in that. So if you like coffee or diet energy drinks, some of that in the morning is going to help. the other big key is frequency, as im sure you know, but doing cardio for 20+ minutes is the really only efficacious way. 10 minute runs dont do a whole lot. |

| no doubt. I have the will and the endurance. I lost a lot of weight when I was younger through biking and a diet. but all I did do was lose the weight, not really gain any muscle. right now Im looking at a little under 3 months to lose the excess stuff and turn it into muscle. hopefully itll work out by then :p |
