It's both, but Samuelsson is the one who actually won some World Strongest Man competitions.

how have your gains been so far?

My visual gains so far are definitly my arms, Triceps mainly, Shoulder also slightly.

My chest is starting to get the shape, but am still in the process removing my fat, because i used to be overweight..to overweight :( In december 2004 i was 130 kilos, now am 100. Lost it 27 in 5-6 months. I used the atkins way and the last 3 months i lost 3 more due fitness and am stuck at 100. (to complete the info, my height is hmm 1.90 meters or a bit higher)

Also my lovehandles decreased size allot, but like i said my goal is for the next year, if i keep going 5 times a week i hope to have most of the fat removed and some noticable body part changes :)

@Orbax.

So far fitness wise.
Monday chest/triceps.
Tuesday Back/biceps/ 2 excercie shoulders.
Wednsday Rest
Thursday same as monday
Friday Same as Tuesday
Saturday rest
Sunday legs /triceps.

Cardio after each workout , 15 mins max exceopt sunday, i usually start with cardio then.

Eating, well tbh am not really looking to much in to that, only thing i do so far is NOT to eat after fitness and if i didn't buy a protein shake i just eat a can of tuna but no bread or anything. Fruit i do eat.

Also last saturday i started with Creatine, i been told it helps, so will see how that turns out also.

DIET is the main part of shaping your body. Without the right nutrients your body will not make the gains/weight loss you desire. I am currently cutting and have lost a significant amount of bodyfat while even gaining muscle mass. With the proper 40/40/20 ratio you can achieve this. Eating 5-6 balanced meals per day is a must when trying to cut your bodyfat as this speeds up your metabolism. I am about 14-15% BF and by the end of December I should be about 9-10%. Set a goal that is achievable! My diet is as follows:

Meals:

Meal 1: 7:30AM
2 MAN Scorch
1 Scoop Whey Protein
5 Grams Creatine
2 Multivitamins

HIIT Cardio

Meal 2: 9AM
4 Egg Whites 1 Whole Egg
1 Cup Rice
1 Banana
1 Scoop Whey & Glutamine

Meal 3: 12PM
1 Can Of Salmon
1 Cup Rice
1 Pear

Meal 4: 3PM
2 Cups Carrots
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
2 MAN Scorch

Meal 5: 6PM
1 Cup Rice
5 Grams Creatine
8 Ounces Chicken Breast
1 Cup Brocolli

Meal 6: 9PM
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Scoop Whey Protein & Glutamine
2 Multivitamins
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

One last thing I always tell myself:
"If its easy, everyone would do it"

you forget steroids!
Judgelex
Easy there big shooter, I don't see any steroids on that list. All supplements I have are needed in keeping a healthy body. The protein shake makes sure I am getting enough protein in my diet. Glutamine speeds up my muscle recovery, and the Creatine gives me that extra little energy in the gym to get some more mass. Check your research before you go tell me Im on steroids.
