Safe? Depends on what you consider safe. It won't kill you and probably won't do any long-term damage. It is unhealthy though. |

Yes, its unhealthy. But so is being a fat .
mainly just pointing out if that loses a pound a day, imagine how quickly itll all melt off if you do everything right. Youll get muscle and lost fat instead of just 1. If you are only 10-15 lbs over weight in a few months you could be very happy with results. |

its simple mathematics.. calculate your calorie usage per day (activities sleeping working) etc
basically your weight X 10 just for functioning + another 600
now make sure whatever you eat that day you dont surpass that number in calories.. lets say youve calculated your total calories required per day is 4000
try to consume less then 4000 calories per day (preferably around 2500)
and incorporate excersize as well. start with low intensity increase the intensity till your running 30 minutes (or jogging) 3 or 4 times a week. youll sweat all your fat off in no time. just as long as you stick to the schedule |

i remember when i was running competitively i would burn ~2000cal per workout, yet i would take in less than 1000 a day. Thus, each day i lost weight. no more skinny bitches, that's all i have to say. |

Is this an advertisement for Roidenohl?
"You too can rape your girlfriend, slap your mom, and have acne not just on your face, but all over your disgusting back and tiny dick!" |

um haven't read the whole thread so forgive me if someone has already touched on this but try yoga to elongate your muscles. i teach it 3 times a week and incorporate running. boxing, and cycling classes throughout the week and i'm actually in better shape now at 34 than i was in my 20's. i have pretty good muscle tone and my arms are really well defined but not in that scary weight lifter girl kinda way and i haven't lifted in about 3 years. sorry no pics to prove it but i promise yoga is great muscle conditioning especially for women.
oh plus i dance every weekend for atleast 4-6 hours each night and that is some of the best exercise any one person can get ;) |

yeah it is possible.. depending on the excercise your doing and if you just started as well, and how skinny you are in teh first place. try to monitor your body symmetry to keep your front and rear muscles balanced.
do this by choosing appropriate excercises |
