I've been working out for several years. I'm a classic Endomorph. I envy you Ectomorphs, you guys can eat whatever you want, and all you Mesomorphs can go to hell! :) Anyways, in Feb of this year, I set out on a goal but never made it. It was a 12 week program and my goal was to reach 4 plates on the bench (405) I made it to 375 but by this time, my joints were killing me. Too much, too fast. I'm getting older now, 29, and I'm realizing being huge isn't as important as being in shape. I'd rather live a longer life being fit than a shorter life being huge. So lately I've just decided to let those goals of getting huge go and concentrate more on getting into shape and leaning down. Right now I'm at 225, down from 250 in April. I'd like to hit around 200 and stay there.

I been fitnessing 5 times a week. For 3 months now nearly

2-3 hours each day, i can't get enough of it. totally addicted.

Can't wait to see how the results will be in a year, because thats my goal, to see if there would be any changes.

I workout hard and long, i don't overtake the weights, but i do many excercies and i tend to do many sets 4-8 each exercice.

My view on sodas is drink em if you crave em, but always match it with a water of the same size to dilute it a bit. I can't drink excessive cola's because it gives me a bitchin' heart burn, but I do drink sprite on occasion if I want something carbonated. I think cokes would be fine, as long as you drink it leisurly and not as a post or during workout beverage. And of course always match it with a water. Seems to make sense to me.
