some recent stuff...had some hard times recently so ive lost like 5 lbs ;(

ah well...workin hard as I can though.

edit: Ill adjust lighting on the other one in a bit

editx2: Ive been working on proportion lately, not size. Ive been doing my shoulders and traps and lats to try to square it all up. Im liking the look a lot more when its balanced. The little shoulders that were mostly tricep tips is not a good look hehe.

looking good man the only thing id say you need to work on is those lats... i want to see some wings boy!

other then that.. your shoulders and arms look solid keep it up man

Ill try to get a lat spread going on. They are decent. Im happy because they are solid pockets and not just skin tents you know. My left shoulder is all crazy though so I cant do a lot of back workouts.

yeah shoulder injuries are very common.. a big cause of shoulder injuries is people not cycling their routines properly, you have a back day and then a shoulder day right after for example, your using your shoulders heavily on both days.

the same goes for a chest day then shoulder day. injuries can happen this way if the muscles arent readily healed before usage. Its better sometimes to play it safe then sorry. The problem though is that shoulders are used for basically any excercise though so the best way to avoid an injury is to keep all those interior muscles strong and flexible: (subscapularis, supraspinatus, infraspinatus and teres minor)

its more that I tore my rotator cuff during a football game and its never healed hehe.

you should put on atleast 20 lbs of muscle, and you need some lats

im on a medication that makes me poop and throw up and eat 1 meal a day hehe. Its hard to pack the weight on :p
