I'd love to go swimming, i used to be really good. I'm just not confident enough about myself at the moment to go to the pool, im really self concious.....my god it sound like i've just been injected with oestrogen! |

I couldn't find the video but there's this extremely fat dude who's gonna jump into a pool from a trampoline (if that's the word) and he slips and lands on his head on the trampoline then bounces into the water. It looks so ing hilarious. The point however is no one really cared until he fell, and I'm telling you... this dude was fat.
Just give it a shot mate! |

Swimming is good, but youre not gonna build muscle from it. Theres a certain point of muscle building with swimming that youre not going to go past because there isnt that much resistance. On the other hand, those that want to tone their body and burn alot of fat - swimming is the perfect workout/exercise for that because it requires work from every major muscle group. |

| Regarding swimming, swimming is both cardiovascular & muscle development. If you swim systematically you will get results. If I had a sponsor for an Olympic size pool, I wouldn't bother with a weight room that much. I'd workout on legs atmost. |

| there is nothing wrong with swimming, but as people are saying you aren't going to look like this olympic swimmer if you don't also do some sort of weight training... |

hey guys, how yall been. good i hope.
been working out and e, much stronger and all but i'm still in the process of where i want to be.
right now i'm having issues with my chest.
been doing exersices like the dip and what i like to refer as
the sonic boom machine.lol
been working fine, but it seem like only the top part of my chest
near my arm pits getts more definition/bigger.
what i want is more definition around the bottom part of the chest
near the nipples. i want more of a line going on there.
what exercises to do?
i'm 5'9
140 lbs.
and 29' waist.
keep in mind i'm not trying to get BIG, i just want more definition. |

They also swim for 6-7 hours a day and have a caloric intake of around 5-6000 calories. |

DayDreamer:
This seems to be giving pretty good results:
Flat DB bench. Feet on the bench.
1x12 warmup 50s
1x8 60s
1x8 70s
1x8 80s
1xfailure 60s
(just giving weights to give an idea of percentage increases between sets)
then a back exercise or something
Incline DB fly:
3x10 35/40s
I go way below chest and shoulder level for a good stretch. Feels good. Form is key.
Dips:
6x6
gets that lower chest good
more later...going to bed |
