no supplements except extra protein for me, but i'm starting a fat burning stack to get ripped to shreads in the next few weeks..i'd like to be at 225 first though, so i may wait until mid-late november.
i'm also going to get a bottle of nitrogenx...haven't done that in almost 1.5 years! |

| I have a question: I started taking Purple-K (which is a form of buffered kre-alkalyn creatine). I would like to know if I'm gonna get bloating and water retention. Thanks for the help guys! |

| probably a little, i assume you know that the point of creatine is to put water in your muscles so you can lift more. but im no expert. |

The point of creatine is to "increase performance in high-intensity anaerobic exercise". Water retention is just a side-effect.
There's even a study that says creatine might increase mental capabilities. |
