What process will do this? Right now, that's my main priority--to shed this last bit of excess body fat and get super lean. Do share the knowledge :cool:

you need to work on your face muscles. The head looks disproportionaly small :wtf: . Best way for you to do that would be by making the :o face

I bought a big tub of Whey protien. It seems like it should do a pretty good job of keeping my muscles fed while I try to run like hell and cut. Anyone have any good/bad opinions of the stuff?

just dont overdue the protein. u dont need as much as reccomended, remember the company is only trying to sell the product so theyre gonna reccomend alot more then u need. also if u overdue protein ur body can and will store the protein as energy thuse making u fatter. so be careful at how much u take, i think theres a bunch of calculators online to calculate how much protein u will need to hit ur goals.

you should take protein when your trying to bulk.. as you are dropping fat you should really just focus on lowering your caolric intake to create a calorie deficit. The fat will be converted to energy to be used by your body and in turn you will lose weight


save the protein when your trying to bulk up and build muscle

orbax u need work on ur midsection. huge upper body and alot better back then me but i got to introduce u to my midsection work out. i promise u, u wont even be able to sit down the next day without it killing

It's good stuff, you should be consuming 5 to 6 small meals / day, and eating at least 1 gram per pound of body weight to avoid losing muscle during your cutting phase. It kind of depends on your metabolism and build but here is a decent resource:
