few question on bench form...
is the whole back suppose to be flat on the bench? I try to retract my shoulders all the way and keep the back flat at the same time...it's kinda hard. if I keep the back flat, it feels like my chest pump is gone. |
put your feet on the bench to help keep form. the idea is no arching of the lower back. |

I have a similar question about this happening when I do lower leg raises...
How can I prevent my back from arching? It's nearly impossible to do them without my back lifting off the floor. Or is that to be expected? |

This is Orbax posting in Masonious' account btw...
Echo: Why SLIGHT decline incline? youre just doing 4 different flat bench exercises for chest and thatll give you your breasts that you want, but no chest. most of your chest workout should be incline.
and why arent you doing squats? your legs are half your body and they get 2 exercises and they share a day with shoulders. Plus you dont do any major motions with them. whats your thinking on that. |

it just means you need stronger abs on that one. Leg raises are difficult to not arch on, but you can do it with a good core. You might focus on doing some roman chairs, situps, crunches, sidebends, that kind of thing for a week or two and see if that doesnt help |

Ahhhh, ok thanks!
Yeah I'm doing lots of sit-ups as well...it's all slowly coming together, so I imagine in a couple more weeks this will stop happening. |
