Good, my ankle is finally back to where I can play full speed again and I'm a week back into my routine now, since Jamaica and all my business travel this month. I do have a freaking cold though. :/

Another 2 weeks of solid exercise and wellness and I'll post up some pics! ;)

okay good to hear, haven't seen much from your corner in the past few months. You were looking a bit gaunt in one of those Jamaica pictures, but I'm assuming that was just a bad angle amirite?

No bad angle, I was/kinda am skinny! :nervous: With everything that was going on this summer, I really lost some weight. I just started pumping up the protein intake again and hopped back on creatine, so I can feel it coming back but....I have a ways to go yet. I'm about 190 right now and I SHOULD be at 200-205.

i need to get back in been out 3 months injured and ive had depression since.

need that kick up the arse to get back in.

lol, sorry!! I almost always use the same split, regardless. 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off, repeat.

The only things I normally change are my diet, cardio, and pace/exercises/reps.
