lol, i thought you were a guy :p, its good then, if you were a guy putting on more muscle would've help you burn fat faster, thats why i said it. All i can think of then is you could actually wait a bit more between sets, between 45secs and 1min 10 or smth, ive heard spacing your sets a bit more helps to burn more fat, not sure how reliable that is but it doesnt hurt trying. |

That goes for girls too.
Ive just been doing 40-50 minutes of cardio 7 days a week, but I think Im going to start lifting every other day again. Not sure if I should combine cardio and weights on those days though. 50 minutes on the machines kills me, I might be too drained to lift afterwards. |

Alright, here is a recent pic of me. :(
You can really see the weight that I've lost in my chest and shoulders. And you can really see the sickness and lack of sleep in the gigantic suitcases underneath my eyes. :(
At the time of this picture I weighed in at 192 whereas my normal fighting weight is around 203. So I've got a little ways to go but, I'm hoping with some heavy lifting and getting back to my normal routine, I will pack it back on in a month or so.
Plz don't flame the pic!

psh, you look great man! in a few weeks after you've gotten some good carbs and fats into your system you'll be back in the high 90s / low deuces easy.
i pulled a muscle in my neck right where the spinal column meets the skull. i'm out for a few days at least :(
keep hittin' the gym, i'm interested to see where the two of us will be by January, should be pretty sweet! |

lmao, hey twice in a week is pretty good! with thanksgiving and christmas coming up, it's best to try and get in pretty good shape so that December 26th isn't wildly depressing. Well, at least that's my mentality ^.^
these upcoming months are rough on the bod :( |

Ouch!! Hope that heals up quickly for you; that really is an aggravating place to be sore.

At the end of the week Ill be posting pictures.
I was 182 (a 17lb gain in month and a half) and then I got sick and dropped to 173 and im at 176 right now.
Hopefully will get some good stuff soon here.
